Account Manager
Remote
Mingle is seeking a client-focused and results-driven Account Manager to
maintain long-term relationships with app and game developers, mobile
agencies, and media agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of account management principles, including relationship
building, sales strategy, negotiation, and business acumen. Additionally, the
candidate should have Analytical experience in campaign management,
performance analysis, and optimization.
Role
Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
Analyze campaign data to exceed client expectation of delivery and performance
Identify growth opportunities, build and execute strategies to achieve growth
Integrate new advertisers, and resolving technical and campaign-related issues
Requirements
B.A/BSc analytical degree
Experience in campaign management, performance analysis, and optimization
Ability to analyze data to generate insights and translate into actionable outcomes
Proficiency in Excel and data management
Comfortable working in a client-facing environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent English
Monetization Manager
Remote
As a Monetization Manager, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing some of the company’s most strategic products and will have a key role in leading these products to achieve growth and revenue goals.
Role
Manage the integration of all monetization platforms (Mediations, Google ad
manager, pre-bid, native ads, video, etc..)
Develop and implement a monetization strategy for the app
Monitor and manage ad campaigns to ensure they are effective and profitable
Continuously test and experiment with new monetization methods and strategies to maximize revenue
Manage relationships with demand partners and other third-party vendors
Working closely with product and R&D on the design and execution of monetization elements
Requirements
2+ years of experience within in-app ads monetization
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Independent, self-motivated and fast learner
Fluent English
User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a qualified UA Manager for the worldwide mobile advertising market. The ideal candidate will contribute to establishing relationships with clients and have a profound understanding of the local market as well as strong communication skills.
Role
Handle business development with Advertisers
Moniter the client campains performance and communating with client timely
Lead daily communication, audio/video calls with partners
Establish strong business network, conferences and client visits worldwide
as required
